Active Learners Active Citizens has been designed to build bridges with schools of Greek Primary and Secondary Education. During the visits to the schools, the young-learner communities are engaged in collaborative literary and creative activities. They are gradually trained to turn educational and literary practices into activist engagement. The participating learners visit the School of English of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece in order to produce and share authentic “narratives of change and hope for empathy building.”
