2022-2023
This year we worked with young adult literature in a comparative media approach. We expanded on young role models in a time of war. We read young adult fiction, we read real journal entries from young adults who experienced Holocaust but did not make it alive. We watched films and practiced active engagement with issues, such as love, friendship and acceptance in order to build empathy and make change possible.
