Keynote Speeches

Keynote speeches are scheduled for 60 minutes – this includes 50 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion.

Papers in regular sessions

Α) Oral presentations
Oral presentations will be allotted a total of 20 minutes. This includes:

• An 18-minute presentation
• 5 minutes for discussion
• 2 minutes for change of speakers and rooms

Β) Poster presentations should be set to A0 size or smaller. In particular, the requested size is  0.8m (Width) x 1.2m (Height). Suggested weight for A0 per square meter: 140gr for plotter paper; 175 gr for photographic paper. Poster adhesive strips will be provided by the organizers.

Thematic sessions

The organizers of thematic sessions are responsible for the structure of their session (order of papers, presentation time, discussion period, etc.).
