Pedagogic Corpora of English Language Course Books

The present page includes corpora of the old and new English course books used in Greek Primary Schools that are to be used solely for research purposes. More specifically, the course books used to be taught or those that are currently taught at the primary sector in Greece include the following:

• Funway Old English course books (Grades 4, 5, and 6) available here.
• New English course books (Grades 4, 5, and 6) available here.
• Magic Book 1 (Grade 3) available here.
• Magic Book 2 (Grade 3) available here.

All the above corpora are divided in smaller subcorpora of student book / activity book according to their units so that researchers may compare the material across books and also across units (e.g compare the recycling of material in unit 1 of Student Book and Activity Book).
