Each plenary talk is allotted 45 minutes presentation time and 10 minutes discussion time
Papers in regular sessions and workshops
Papers are allotted 20 minutes presentation time and 5 minutes discussion time.
Poster Guidelines
Posters should be set to A0 size or smaller. In particular, the allowed dimensions are either 0.84m (Width) x 1.19m (Height) or 0.8m (Width) x 1.2m (Height).
Suggested weight for A0 per square meter: 140gr for plotter paper; 175 gr for photographic paper.
You’ll be provided with poster adhesive strips.
To be included to the final programme, we ask that you register by 31 January 2022.
